Cadastral Map

Cadastral Maps are produced by Cadastral Survey, which contain land parcels of the given area within a particular district and VDC/Municipality. Normally, one map sheet is generated per one or more wards of a given VDC and District. Such maps are numbered with a Map Sheet Number and respective Ward No

Field Book

Field Book is the land ownership adjudication record prepared during cadastral survey. It also contains the signature of landowner, tenant, local representative, and surveying official.

Plot Register

Plot register records data on parcel sub-divisions. It does not, record parent parcel number and thus it does not allow direct tracing of parcel history. Such Plot Registers are maintained by the Survey Section
