1. Original land ownership certificate
2. Citizenship certificate copy
3. Receipt of land tax/malpot paid for the current fiscal year
4. Tax clearance certificate for the parcel where exists house
5. Letter of local government/authorities on access roads

For missing land registration (Chut jagga darta):

1. Previous land records or sabik lagat/receipt
2. Recommendation letter of local government/authorities on status of parcel.
3. Declaration form no7 submitted to the land reform offices
4. Certificate of death or certificate of heredity relationship in case of heredity transfer.
5. No. 2 receipt that shows Birta/raikar land or any evidence/proof document showing ownership.
6. In the case of tenancy request to convert into raikar land, documents like receipt of paid land rent or promising document on rent or tenancy certificate.
7. Application should include parcel no, area, location Town/village ward no, owners name, address etc, tenancy name tenancy exists.
8. Present situation of land including cadastral map, field book, citizenship, hakdar (heredity relationship) and other related documents.

For Haksafi (rights on land sharing):

1. Duplicate copy of parcel detailed document.
2. Application that should include justified and explanation of sandhi sarpan related documents and their rights.
3. Application with deposited amount and registration charges
4. Citizenship certificate

1. Certificate of death
2. Land ownership certificate & receipt of land tax/malpot paid for the current fiscal year
3. Certificate of heredity relationship
4. Anybody wants to leave heredity right should present in the office and present willingness document for resigning the right.
5. Recommendation letter of local government/authorities on status of parcel
6. Citizenship certificate copy
7. In case of need to register as missing registration then follow the above steps on missing registration.
